How to join Cambridge’s Future Reds programme

Cambridge FC’s Future Reds programme supports young boys and girls who want to get the most from their football.

The programme is conducted for the club by the Ricki Herbert Football Academy, ensuring a high standard of coaching from qualified coaches. It provides additional opportunities for players to develop, other than through their team training sessions.

Future Reds has four parts:

  1. A player development programme open to all boys and girls aged 6-14 (Born 2005 to 2013). It focuses on helping players improve their skills while having fun. This operates every term of the year during 2019.

Inclusion in the skills centre is by invitation only (automatic for the top two graded teams from each Saturday grade). The skills centre operates in Term 2 and Term 3 of 2019.
  3. Holiday programmes during school term breaks, open to boys and girls aged 6 to 15 (born 2005 to 2014).
