The founder of the Ricki Herbert Football Academy will appear on the show which covers aspects of the sport in countries around the world.
It follows his previous work as a football commentator and sideline analyst during the India Super League season which draws more than 400 million viewers.
Herbert has maintained an affinity with Indian football since coaching in the ISL in 2014 and then returning three teams during his term in charge of the Maldives national team.
He will be in India for a week at the start of May, and says he’s looking forward to seeing how the game is progressing on the continent.
