Exciting way to end first term for Waikato youngsters

posted in: News

Players who are part of the Ricki Herbert Football Academy’s player development programme in the Waikato wound up their Term 1 activities with a training session at the home of Hamilton Wanderers.

Members of the Wanderers first team squad – who are coached in the Lotto NRFL Premier Division by RHFA head coach Kale Herbert – joined in for the session.

Herbert said it was a “fantastic way” to finish the term and he was looking forward to seeing the players return on Monday May 7 for the start of Term 2.

He also thanked the parents and guardians of the youngsters for their support, and making it possible for so many young players to get the chance to develop their footballing skills.
