The Ricki Herbert Football Academy and its apparel partner, Apex Sportswear, are showing their support for school football through a partnership with Cambridge High School.

The academy, which helps support the coaching programme at the school, has provided Apex kit for the boys’ and girls’ first XI teams for the 2023 season.

Academy founder Ricki Herbert said:

“We’ve been working with the high school for some time, providing support for coaches, but we took the opportunity with Apex to kit out the teams.

“We’ve got a special connection with Cambridge High School because our residential facility is based in the town, and we’ve operated our academy out of Cambridge for almost a decade now.”

The CHS boys’ first XI have started their 2023 campaign well, winning the Waikato College Day Cup tournament in late April, going undefeated in their group and then winning the final in a penalty shootout.

All RHFA teams and touring uniforms are provided by up-and-coming sportswear brand Apex who formed a partnership with the academy in 2022.
